Haha you're far too kind Jake, I'm bloody unfit at the moment! I would recommend doing Insanity as it helps strengthen your core along with helping aid your cardio and fitness, and helps a lot with flexibility!

Anyone got any insanity copies I can buy?

I've done both insanity and T25. Both are fantastic and get results. I would say insanity is the better workout of the 2 however you need a lot of motivation and will power to do the 1 hour high intense workout 6 days a week for 8 weeks. If you want a good workout at a fraction of the time then T25 is for you. Also I would say the T25 is less high impact so easier on the joints.

The P90x from the same franchise is pretty good too. More of a weights with cardio workout.
So if your looking for a bit of muscle with cardio, might be worth looking into that
But insanity is as good as everyone says.

I have done Insanity twice all the way through, losing a stone in the process, so could highly recommend it, even though I still wince at the thought of doing the Max Interval Plyo workout. As someone mentioned though, it does pound the joints, especially the knees so a mat to jump up and down on is recommended.
I've just started T25 this week and am enjoying the change of routine. I have found that calories burn at a similar rate to when doing Insanity, though obviously the workouts being shorter you don't burn so many. It seemed to be a good, well structured all round program through, with the short amount of time required daily a big attraction.
Another program I have followed and enjoyed recently is DDP Yoga. It's done by a former wrestler so is kind of a macho take on yoga, but is good fun, challenging and definitely helps build upper body strength too, without putting any stress on your joints so is especially beneficial for someone looking for a low impact workout that will still deliver results.

Following the heroic offer from csnew to offer links to insanity he hasn't got number 8 loaded on his google drive. I am not at this session just yet (Max Interval Circuit) but wondered if anyone can help me out with this?
Thanks in advance
