Hi guys,
want to quickly check if the carbon or any other type on non-cane handles are banned in all forms of cricket (schools, local leagues etc) or just in list A / first class games?
Honestly, I would be surprised if it is a partial ban
-
a ban in just 1st class cricket, all c6+ bats can be used unitl they break in all other forms of cricket. i think...
-
That is correct all non cane bats are legal to be used in none list A or above games, they can be used until their natural lifespan runs out
-
i thought there was a law which said it could be 10% or less material that is not wood in the handle ?
or is that for lower forms of cricket ?

The bats can be used in all standards below First Class for the life of the bat, new handles are limited in other materials other than cane.
