Hi all,
Does anyone know how long it takes newbery to reply to an email? I emailed them last week about fully refurbishing a bat I have brought but as of yet, no reply?
Thanks all.

I phoned them when I needed a rehandle & refurb. Did the job.

Phone them, they've been brilliant with the 3 I've had refurbed.

Any rough guide to price please ?. Thanks

It's amazing this 'picking up the phone' business. It's how we all used to communicate you know, and most businesses can't ignore a ringing phone! :)
I've lost count of how many times I've read on hear 'I emailed them ages ago and they never come back to me...'

Newbury are pretty renowned for decent customer service. I would do as the others suggest, pick up the phone and give them a ring, its a far better way of dealing with things than email.

Around £35-£45 not including postage to Newbery. They come back looking like new mind

I've had terrible experiences with Newbery - I won't be buying from them ever again as a result. Really didn't enjoy dealing with them.

I've just had a bat refurbished from them; and service was first class; Michael and Ellis were helpful, communication was great and the bat was back with me 5 days after receipt. The bat itself looks brand new, it's sanded, polished, new hammer-edge sheet, toe-guard, grip and stickers. All for the princely sum of £25 on their September offer......nice :)
