Many thanks for the kind wishes, Robin realised today that we are exactly two years old. To celebrate he said he would put 'something on facebook'
That something turned out to be a 20% off offer on all bats that aren't already discounted, until tomorrow. In all honesty we don't have a great deal of stock left at this time of year, but please pm me if you are after something in particular.

October is a funny old time to open a cricket business hey Paul? We did it to iron out any teething problems regarding the net, and aso to get a nice headstart on new ranges. We had considered a pre-season grand opening to get some quick momentum but looking bat that would have been a nightmare based on the way suppliers operate!
I'm in a birthday mood krs, so any pre-orders made before close of business tommorow (7pm) will qualify for a 20% discount. This doesn't include brands which we have already run promotions on; GN and Kook. But i have finalised almost all other prices so please fire away with a pm to request a price on something from a brand we stock. :)

Our stock order is already into Kookaburra, we did run a nice little pre-order deal on Bubbles and all other Kook equipment. There may be scope to work a nice little deal out tomorrow though, pm me for a chat.
The initial intention of Robins offer was to help sell a few bats we still have on the shelf, someone has already taken one of a handful of lovely Kahuna 800's that work out to £184 after the birthday discount. I think this is the one that has been purchased but they are all similar to this:

How are your own Lion bats?
Not seen you guys talk about them on the forum much.

Pretty good. I use one midweek and it flies.
We haven't pushed them on the forum as while we did have a few pads and gloves made, they weren't quite what I wanted in order to create a brand. They were pretty good for the price in all honesty and I still use mine, but we want something more at the premium end so are in the process of sorting that. At the moment a job lot of stickered up bats (albeit very cool stickers in my opinion) isn't enough to constitute a proper brand, so we've only really offered them in store, they are popular. I've seen some big sixes hit with them by some team mates!
I"ll happily extend the 20% onto Lion bats. :)
