Title: Are these legit?
Post by: Howzat123 on October 06, 2013, 05:54:44 PM
I was just wondering whether these Puma Calibre 4000 pads are real or if prodirectcricket have made a mistake?

If these are real this is a seriously good deal...

Well it's through prodirect so will be legit.

I would assume they are doing a 'sports direct' and clearing some wearhouse space.

Can be pot luck with pro direct on what you will get.

But the new Puma range for 2014 has moved away from 2 straps by all reports, so it could be that pro direct are clearing dead stock.

Top pads, VERY light. Only downside was top strrap seemed a bit long for my liking.

Must have had a Calibre clear out as all decent natshave now gone in that range too.

No, the 2011 pad was light blue, these are the 2012-13 version.

you're right and I noticed the description after posting. I've purchased a pair so we'll find out soon enough. Could be a real bargain.
