certainly is if your after a coloured carbon fibre one as they wont be offered going forward apart from to the Pros for 2013-14.

Is there much difference in weight between the elite and raw Tom?

negligible TBH mate, 10-20g max which is the tolerance we allow anyway when making the helmets as one shell maybe slightly heavier than another due to resin etc.
