Reached out to Asad recently to pick up an SS. After only using english bats for quite some time, i played with a friends SS and loved it. Asad picked out a KP model for me which is excellent. the balance, finish, and ping are VERY good. I prefer it over my b3 and thruxton. it weighs 2.9 and is close to 40MM edges.

a friend was so impressed, that he wanted to order in a ss as well. asad picked out the gladiator for him that you see below . On initial tap up, its even better than my kp. It was interesting reading the topic the other day about english vs indian bats. I for one am convinced that if you can get a top of the line hand picked indian bat, it will be as good, if not better than top english bats. asad has a top notch hand picked selection and his customer service is second to none.

Nice looking bats there, KP one looks quite sturdy and I definitely like Gladiator on looks, it has quite thick toe to my liking. Gladiator has a great reputation, haven't heard of one which is not good enough, though it comes with a good price tag as well.

Lurve SS bats - hate the Ton branding though - would rather get hookey SS stickers than the Ton branding (but I didn't say that out loud in case any Mods are listening!)

asad seems to have the best bats from all the manufacturers. even at the lower levels like the ricochet 450 posted on here recently

Those two bats look awesome!! How much did these set and ur friend back? :)
