Anyone actually used any of these cheapo's?
Quite tempted to get one to thrash around in the nets?

MIDS bats are value for money in lot of cases, they play well for $$s you pay but usually have the handle problem. I have tapped up a few cheap ones (with good looks) at one of the stores, which are sold at around 35-40 pounds mark and they really tapped well. One of my club mate has 3 of them which he picked personally (from Pakistan) and they play really well, specially at the price which he would have paid for it. The only problem I feel is buying online, could be great, could be a dud. You may give it a try, if you don't like it you can return it.

Why not try MSR for a cheap net bat.

I have used mids bats and only their top range like the ZH power, MM power, X power and Professional are good. The other ones are not worth it !
