Title: Many thanks for the helmet refurb, of sorts :)

Sent my lid back to Tom as there was a little issue with the straps catching my ear, so the length of those has been adjusted. One of the screws to secure the grille to the helmet had come away form the housing in the helmet body, causing a little bit of carbon fibre to rattle around inside. Both small problems were sorted, and i also had the new velcro ACIS liner fitted, a little touch up on the paint of my black Ti grille and some silver pinstripes added.

So this wasn't a proper refurb per se, as i didn't get a helmet respray or anything like that, just some minor repairs/adjustments, but i am still chuffed to bits. :)

p.s. i fitted the pinstripes myself, so don't take it as an indication of Ayrteks handiwork if they are a bit wonky ;)

Is your grill through the same holes? looks to be leaning to the left in the 2nd photo?

Good spot, i had fitted it incorrectly. Looks worse in the photo but it is rectified now. :)
