Im potentially hanging up the Wk gloves this year and getting back to some bowling - yes we are struggling for bowlers at my club.
im by no means quick but bowl at a reasonable pace. i used to have a pair of puma bowling boots to give some extra ankle support as my front foot lands a little toe first rather than heel first. these are no longer useable. i bowled a couple of times last year in my SL22s but wasnt always happy with how i felt landing. could be me or the fact they are half spikes but thought id see what you guys recommend? i dont want to be spending loads as the asics seem to be hitting £100 this year.

I have the Adidas mid's and they were brilliant last season. Good combination of ankle support when bowling and lightweight flexible shoe when fielding. Should be able to pick up a pair of last seasons for around £60.
