Hi,
Does anybody know where I could obtain a pair of very plain/unbranded batting gloves from?
Many thanks
-
Online stocklist do some very well priced ones beware of hefty postage though ;)

One of the blank sets is identical to the newbery sps 1's as I can tell

Hmmm, anyone else see a race to up a post count here?? ;)

Yeah welcome to the forum, feel free to post but beware of the accusations that will follow!
Online stockist can be unreliable at times but as you will see the prices are decent. If you are expecting SPS quality from the gloves in the link above you will be disappointed

Thanks for the intro :) I just noticed the inserts on the bottom hand and the base of the splits is the right shape for the badge but I doubt the quality is the same agreed

If you could allow very minimal branding but with High quality look at the blank bats LE gloves, you can find some pictures in there sponsor section

And I would say that they are SPS standard softs. Their bats aren't bad either!

With all the comparison to Newbery SPS gloves can I suggest a pair of those?? Close to being unbranded and think they qualify as very plain.

Jeez it was only a joke mate!
And have you bought a pair of the gloves?? I've been considering it but unknown quality, excessive shipping & stories of unreliable service put me off a bit.

Ive had SPS softs for the last 2 seasons and know the quality and style is there but having introduced a team-mate to BB and tried on his softs I would say there is very little difference in quality but a fair amount in price. I use the SS sausage gloves now as they are half the price of the SPS
Ive had two pairs of gloves from online stockist and whilst I had no issues with the quality of the product, I recieved the wrong gloves and returns are a no go due to their location

There's been some on eBay, sausage finger ones. About £30 inc p&p. Not sure if they are still about though.

Agreed. I actually bought these gloves and they are decent but way short of SPS quality.
