Title: Asics Gel 150 Not Out

I've had a pair of these spikes for the last few years but the actual spikes are wearing down now and with money being tight i cant afford a new pair. I've done a bit of googling but i cant anywhere that would sell replacement spikes.

Or are they a standard fitting size spike so that i could buy a generic set of replacements??

I've got a bag full of spikes that I interchange, mix of fearnley, asics, pumas etc (the list goes on)

Normally they're just a standard screw size, haven't had any problems with mine over the years!

cheers - that was the answer i was looking for - i didnt want to buy some that wouldnt fit.

you can get the plain metal ones from sports direct for not much

Spikes for golf shoes fit and can be picked up for next to nothing in most sport shops

I got my spare pikes from the sports direct sale for pence. Bought a few sets too just in case.
