The wonders of technology.... Wrote a tweet on Friday suggesting that I was looking for a new bat and 'The Cricket Company' favourited it. I was on the way to Devon to visit my girlfriend at the time and ironically that is where they are based. So on Saturday I persuaded her to drive me over to their shop which is about 20 minutes from where she lives. Was looking to get a Bubble when I picked up this GM Icon and decided I had to buy it, pick up was perfect for me so I took the plunge and got it there and then.
It's an Original F2 and Weighs 2'10 but picks up far lighter.

Their service was brilliant too, the lady in the shop was very knowledgable and couldn't have been more helpful.

That looks to be a lovely solid bat.
Nice labels and a nice extreme f2 face too.

Yeah I'm really pleased with it, would have preferred a few more grains but it just felt right
