Title: CA sign Keiron Pollard?
Post by: wasted_talent on January 31, 2014, 08:46:12 AM
 :o

Was on the CA website earlier and noticed they have a new bat on there named CA BIG BANG KP -- Asked about and it seems they have signed up Keiron Pollard... Must be a huge signing given the T20 World Cup and IPL are both only weeks away...

The branding on the bat looks loud and flash.  :D

Good signing.  They were missing some blue in their range, especially how everyone else has gone for this colour in a big way for this year!

they needed KP for the blue?

definitely needed some blue in there. :)

not sure they needed KP for blue though, lol

but its a shrewd signing, in that KP is going to be heavily involved in the upcoming two major events. so lots of TV time for their new model?

Too many kp In his game!

Anyone got a link to this bat? I just get pop ups galore when I go on the ca site via google, and it can't get rid off them.

It looks like a slightly lower spine than the other bats, but maybe that's just the photo.  I hope this is at least slightly different in shape to all their other bats!!

We probably will, but I need to find out more about it first.  Don't know the price yet.

Very good and informative review paul. I have Nasir Jamshed players edition bat and was planning to buy Big Bang, good for me that i watched your review, both players edition and Big bang almost similar so now won't buy big bang.

Haha oh, the days before long and short version video reviews! All the more reason to have made this switch!  :) Are you more of a three-minute man then, Iain?  ;)
