Title: Old is Gold, and Gold Never Gets Old
Post by: Vitas Cricket on February 03, 2014, 05:09:13 PM: I am currently refurbing this old beauty from B&S.

I say old because this bat has a few seasons under its belt, but there is plenty of life left in it yet!

I had one from this era myself, purchased from Gary way back before Vitas Cricket was even a pipe-dream. B&S had a bit of a cult following in our area and a well deserved one.

I can't stop looking at this bat, it is making me want to go through the garage and dig my old one out.

It's obviously been used by a proper batsman!
It's better to get your moneys worth and use the whole bat than to limit your usage to just the middle ;)
