Title: Kookaburra Magnet Players Bat???

Hi All,

New to the forum and need some guidance. I recently came across this bat advertised as Kookaburra Magnet Players bat. Looks like a nice bat however I've never heard of this model. Is it an exclusive model or just a stickered up players bat? Seems legit as it does have the Player engraving on the back.

Your opinion would be much appreciated. Hopefully I've copied the right links.

Seems Legit.
I know Kookaburra brought out a similar bat just for NZ buyers this year. Although the spine going through to the toe looks a little different.

I agree it does look legit. I just thought it may have been restickered from a previous players bat as it is official players engraving. Just thought they would have advertised it at some online store or even their website as a special edition. I couldn't even find a single picture on the web for this model which is very unusual. The stickers even look similar to the new models.

Got me very curious.

Could be for the Australian/NZ market.

They have Kookaburra Firebird, Midas and Viper which are not found in the UK.

Could possibly be for the NZ market as I am from Australia.

Anyway it was sold for $250 AUD which is a steal if it was legit. I was tempted to buy it.

Might contact Kookaburra directly to see what model it is.

Looks quite decent similar to a MIDAS

Does anyone remember Carberrys player icon at the start of the ashes tests where hes holding a bat and they show the team line ups?

The one he was holding was in a silver/grey colourway so it may well be this!
