After loosing 3 inches around my waist over the last 8 months :) I now find myself with a thigh pad (kook players) that slides down my thigh and gets wedged between my pad and leg which also results in my inner thigh to drop a little to low.
Would love a custom set of foxies but they are financially out of reach this season so I'm thinking about trying a youths thigh pad in the hope the straps and pad are shorter resulting in a nice snug, non slip fit.
Anybody got any thoughts, tips or recommendations?
Thanks ;)

if the size of the pad is still ok you could just nip the staps at the back and sew along it (like taking in a pair of trousers). Or you could cut the strap to the right length and pop some new velcro on it.

I am short, so I use a youths thigh pad anyway.
The size in terms of the width and the height of the thigh pad is actually quite minimal. IMO the biggest difference is the length of the Velcro strap.
I would recommend going into a shop and trying one on if you can.
A youths thigh pad may also increase your speed between the wickets if you are finding that your mens is now impeding your stride!
