Title: B3 DB2 Stripe 1
Post by: AP De Villiers on February 17, 2014, 04:35:22 PM
Sorry if there's a section or anything for B3 cricket but I'm new to this and didn't see it. Could anyone tell me what I can expect from a B3 DB2 grade 3 bat please? Some of my team mates have B3's Custom Grade 1 bat and a DB3 grade 2, I like them both but I've never used a grade 3 but I've ordered one as my bats just broke.

Grade 3
2.9 oz
Round Handle
Copper Stickers
Copper Grip
Knocked in
No toe guard

What can I expect from this? Will post photo's when the bats delivered! Thank you

you will certainly get a very well made bat, it wont have a splice that looks like its been chewed by a dog.  I sure it will perform well. Grade is not always an indicator of performance so it could well outperform a grade 1 .......... if you give it time and use it for at least half a season

I'll give it a full season at least without a doubt, I know they don't really do bad bats was just wondering if anyone personally had used one because I've seen plenty of Grade 1's and 2's but no 3's haha.

I have a grade 3 sat in my lounge.

It's not knocked in,but feels great when tapping up with a ball. Similar to my g1 and g2 b3s tbh.
Just it isn't as heavy!
