Title: Old school 90's GN scoop 2000

Hi all just though I would share with you my old Skool 90's scoop 2000. I remember these mainly from Lara smashing bowlers every where with one of these. I had an old poly covered one as my first ever bat when I was about 10 or so. I was flicking through eBay looking for some gloves for a mate when I came across this and for a bat that's 20 odd years old it looked in great nick. Stuck I cheeky bid of £25 and won, can't believe this didn't make the eBay bargains thread.

The bat is in amazing condition with some seriously lovely grains running back and front. Advertised as 2.11 picks up well. Ping is still very much there. I have never been one for old bats as I personally prefer a chunky blade & edge but this sent to bad with 24mm edges, dead straight blade with no bow at all. All in all a nice addition to the collection look foward to netting with her.

The shape that's the precursor to the Dual sided T20 bat. I hated these. Never found a middle in a single one...

This one certainly has a middle, well taps a ball up very well. No idea when was last used so may need knocking in again but judging by the refurbed condition I would guess its been used recently. Very good DIY refurb from the seller though,

Cracking bargain that,  wish I'd of seen it.  Would have been tempted for sure.
