Has anyone used or bought the new retro Duncan Fearnley cricket bats ?

I have one I am selling on ebay.

Why's that?

Just wondered what they are like because back in the 80's they were the only bat to have ! I can't think of many if any pro's who use them !

I did spot this morning they've re-released a couple of the old styles (Magnum and Attack)
Bold move from them, can imagine they'll sell a few for the nostalgic ones amongst us - shame the new pads and gloves are still an atrocity IMO

I bought one, not sure what model from Sports Direct about 8-10 years ago.. Still remember using it in my first ever school game and the thing absolutely pinged..
Times have moved on since, I would never go back to a Fearnley myself, just not a fan of their shape but I am sure they are great bats

Old stickers. Definitely not the old bats. Shapes are totally different (and frankly look identical on the website).

I did think this, blatantly just the same as their Retro bats but with different stickers on - such a shame
My bats all through my youth were Fearnley, being from Worcester it was sort of a given!

Agreed!
