I saw this on Craigslist. Is this Genuine? It looks like a great buy.

Having played with the new Players edition and the Reserve do not believe half of whats listed.
Plus its CL and if its that great of a bat why is the seller selling it.
We had a tourney here in california and saw some retailers with the new TON collections, put this bat to shame on looks.
Playing wise dunno, could be a belter.

It's not genuine. There should be a hologram attached to the rear stickers. That hologram cannot be easily removed. In addition the bottom stickers on the bat look poorly applied.

It's hard to tell from the pics if this is genuine or a fake.If you are close by to the seller you might want to look at it personally.

it could be - the "BSG" stamp probably refers to Bedessee Sporting Goods. a huge warehouse based in Brooklyn, that is one of the main importers of cricket equipment in the US. Though, normally their stamp is a lot more discreet - usually a small one on the shoulder of the bat.

He could be telling the truth to be fair, 'Kevin' Pollard could well use one of these if anyone knows who he is!

He plays for a club down the road, pretty sure he had a GM Apex last time I saw him  :D

Well he said I can go look at the Bat in person. I live 5 miles from his place so this should not be a problem. I think it's a BSG custom bat costs 200 usd with SS stickers but where should I look for the hologram and what should it look like? I can't find any reference images.

Its a fake - the stickers are the same as the copies floating round ebay, even down tot eh extra clear plastic at the front.  Avoid!

Great catch there with the extra clear plastic. Looked a bit more closely and on the genuine bats there is no extra plastic.

Thanks
