Title: New Hunts County Revolution Softs In Stock
Post by: Vitas Cricket on March 28, 2014, 06:12:46 PM
We are the first retailer to have stock of the new Hunts Revolution pads and gloves, they only arrived to Hunts this morning, and like the badgers we are, we were straight in there sniffing about, as well as helping the boys unload boxes etc.

Top quality pads, lovely high end materials used, and most importantly, a 'proper' knee roll that is really comfy.

Just to add that these are available in VERY limited quantities, with only a few dozen sets having been bought in by hunts.

Grab them while you can ;)

Why do top end gloves never have a towel backed thumb?
That's one of the first things I look for in a glove

we sold out of our first small allocation very quickly. I have a few more sets of MRH back in stock, and as i am making my weekly visit over to Hunts tomorrow i can pick up something for you pesky lefties (or small/large mens if they exist) providing Hunts have stock.

Message me tonight! The offer is still valid for a little while yet but Hunts have very few sets left.

Not sure. My educated guess is the big 3 (kook, GN and GM) all use SG but I don't know for sure.

In the flesh they are noticeably different to Kookaburra pads.

Always like Hunts gear. These look very nice, getting tempted to add these to my Hunts Clipper keeping gear!

Where do these rank in comparison to the clipper range? Or is the revolution the successor to the clipper range in 2014?

Slight oddity.

In terms of pricing the revolution are top of the range for batting pads/gloves. But the clipper keeping gloves are still top of the pile.

Noticed that. It did strike me as odd that one is top of the batting gear, and the other the keeping gear. Both nice looking stuff though.

Is there a significant difference between the revolution and clipper keeping gloves? Debating on getting the revolution as a net set or backup pair.

2 very different gloves. The clippers are a longer cut and all leather. The revolutions are a shorter cut and made of a very modern PU, they are basically the same as the TON max power wk gloves that I have for myself this year.
