Hi Vitas/ Anyone
A lot of you have used various/all of the bowling machines on the market.
I would be interested to hear peoples thoughts....... The basic paceman at 179 has to be good for something??

Good for kids to practice all shots without risk of injury and also for back garden use with no need for a net (as the balls won't break windows etc)
Only really good for adults in my opinion to practice short stuff relatively safely.

We have the basic one and it's been great in nets, we only face 60mph plus on occasions so it's perfect

Waiting for the funding to clear at school Jake and will then be in touch

Good to hear mate, i am/was a little dubious about the benefits of the basic paceman for adults, but i have seen the videos you/your club have posted using yours and it looks good fun and beneficial :)

No worries mate, plenty of stock.

It's especially fun brought forward to around 15 yards, it feels a bit quicker then, should be a few videos on Facebook page.

You've said that the basic model may not be ideal for adult practice Jake, do you know if a normal bowla ball would work in there?

Not in the original paceman machine mate, the motor isn't up to it. That's why they have released the strike and the pro models which both take a regulation bowling machine ball.

Need to save a few more pennies before I think too seriously about it then!
Thanks for the quick reply mate :)

No problem. The strike is pretty good value, albeit a bit of a price jump from the original model.

Do the paceman hard balls work with a bola machine?

I see no reason why they wouldn't.
