What substances to people on CBF use for reconditioning used balls??

I have seen the Durrant set but dont fancy paying that money!

Anyone any tips or cheap substance that I should try??

If you're talking about shining up an old ball for use in the nets, sunblock definitely helps!!!

Sorry guys talking for about a ball that has been used for 80 overs, to use as a spare should you lose your new cherry!
