Oh my days... That Maverick is something! That and the massive Dynadrive are the best bats I've seen from Gray Nicolls... The Spartan and Slazenger look tiny compared to it! Surprised you left any stock at Uzi, he's been getting some superb bats!

I like the look of the V6. Nice grains and minimalist stickers. Bat of a classy stroke player.  Then again the Maverick says "stuff that, I'll do it in half the time". Bat envy.

How does the Spartan tap up as I do think that profile looks a lot different to my CG one

It taps up very well asad has the whole range and the le ones look superb and could not pick a bad one out this is 4 in line so for a bottom end bat I was very impressed with it

Asad the Uzi pros are very special and it's nice to see how many people can see the quality I think you might rethink your target to 125  ;)

Do you expect these pro bats to last more than 2+ seasons ? or 1.5 seasons the max ?

I think it all depends how you use it like do you net three times a week with it do you use it in damp conditions mine will only be used in a game and I will net with my other bats as I want my match bat to last as long as possible so it really does depend on how much the bat is used

On current form one of these would last me until I stop playing then!  :(

I think you would approve off the maverick witch is a custom made they are so different to any other gray nicks I have ever seen and seem much more responsive

So did you request a custom maverick beforehand or was it at the shop waiting for some lucky person?

I'm still at school, so I can only afford one. I wish I could have 10+bats like everyone else does. I have others but my old harrow is the only other one made out of English willow, and it's too small!

I've got a few old bats I no longer use but I've 3 I could use now,

Kookaburra Recoil 450
Plain Uzi Sports Grade 3 (got a crack by the splice so it's days could be numbered, love it to bits though, battered but still goes!)
GN Powerbow 5 star which I used last year but something about it just doesn't feel quite right anymore, not that it makes much of a difference on my batting :P
