Title: Best way of fixing this
Post by: johnnyw on May 27, 2014, 09:28:36 PM
Got this bat today to rebind but noticed a few cracks on the splice

Would the pva glue from the binding be enough to hold the cracks or will i superglue them?

Looks fatal, cheap handle to make bat lighter but is weak and moves too much. Saw it out and rehandle.

Definately looks like it needs a rehandle before it gets beyond repair.

My mate had a woodstock that had cracks exactly like this, had to be re-handled.
