Title: New Cricket Bag
Post by: Cublingtoncc on May 30, 2014, 09:08:41 PM
I've Currently got a gray-nicolls Quantum bag from 2 seasons ago.

its getting a bit scruffy so was thinking on purchasing a new bag but what one.

IS duffle bag the new style in or are they just for quick transportation.

I saw a picture of joe root on twitter the other day and i like the look of the adidas bag but no one retails it.

thoughts ???

Price - £40-50

The adidas one has been available in the past but at around 3 times your budget unfortunately.

Duffle bags are getting more popular, not really sure why. They have improved in quality which certainly helps. They are also more affordable (the most expensive ones are around 40 quid compared to a top end wheelie bag at 70-80 or even more!)

I have a few options that may suit you, send me a pm to discuss :)

That's the England duffle, which is very similar to the TON duffle bag that I sell. The ton Duffle is better in my opinion as it's sturdier (firm back plate to help it stand up)

I thought you meant the Adidas wheelie which has come down in price but is still expensive: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Adidas-England-Player-Issue-XL-Cricket-Chest-Wheelie-Bag-rrp-300-Huge-V-Rare-/371005338067?pt=UK_Sporting_Goods_Cricket&hash=item5661a431d3 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Adidas-England-Player-Issue-XL-Cricket-Chest-Wheelie-Bag-rrp-300-Huge-V-Rare-/371005338067?pt=UK_Sporting_Goods_Cricket&hash=item5661a431d3)

Ok well as you can see in the topic I linked to  the TON duffle bag has all the features of the England one, as well as some extra bits too, and it's only £40 with free delivery.

I have both, I feel the ton one is better.

Could be a good option :)

I have a GN1000 duffle, and it is amazing. I'm sure the TON is just as good, if not better! More than enough space in both to carry everything you need for a match, and they're only £40. :)
