Title: Who makes Puma soft goods?

I been told the bats are made by F.C. Sondhi are the softs also made by them?

If F.C. Sondhi make the Puma bats are the bats they make (Protos Brand) the same quality?

I heard that each bat range puma make is made in a different factory, maybe this is true of the softs.
