Title: my village club is entering the league

just wanted to share the happy news we received this week that our village team has been accepted into the league next season.

i have played league cricket for many years but was wondering if you guys have any advice for the club as a whole with regards to the league we have a committee meeting in a fortnight to discuss any issues and sort them out

Be prepared to play at a woeful standard if you are starting at the bottom, therefore take steps to ensure people aren't getting TFC's each week. Quick fire way to lose players.

that is one point i have already raised with a few people especially if we have some colts playing dont want thm getting annoyed and not wanting to play again
