I had a quick look at the first video, I thought you looked pretty good.

my main observation would be you play everything on the walk.
this is something that feels good but actually unbalances you as a batsman.

practice with some throw downs hitting a shot and holding your shape. it is hard at first.

you will time the ball better too.

Yeah all in all pretty good. I would say that you'd find it alot easier if you picked the bat up more. There's a lot of movement there but as the bowler lets it go your bat is about shin high. I'd focus on keeping nice and still and pick the bat up at least to the stumps, it'll be easier to time.

Hope this helps keep still and allow the ball to come to you get  your head and eyes in line with the ball try not to lift your head when playing shots adjust your stance so that your back leg is in line behind your front leg around 15 inches apart to assist with balance.

You seem to bob up and down so your head isn't still as the bowler releases the ball.
Might be worth trying to sort, as its easier to play the ball with your head level than bouncing (took me a few sessions with a coach to address the same issue).

One other thing I'd look into is how much you are squaring up on each shot. Your back foot isn't staying parallel to the crease and its turning straight which is opening up your entire torso. This looks to be a flow on effect from the general movement mentioned in the comments above. You look to be hitting it pretty well, so the only thing i'd say is to stay still, keep your trigger movement basic, and stay side on.

Also, having looked at the second video, I find it interesting how you place all your weight on the back leg then launch into every ball. How do you find playing back foot shots? I'd recommend having a balanced set up, even if you are still having your trigger and somewhat walking into the ball, you need to balanced so that you can play both off the front and back foot with ease.

How are your scores looking this year?
For me, last year I started to use the Trott method of saying "watch the ball".
This year, I'm now using the Ponting method of, at the top of the run up, at the coil, then at the top of the action. Simple, simple things to help. It stopped me bouncing around the crease too much too as I'm occupied with saying watch the ball.

Agree that the biggest change will be if you sort your balance out. Thats the reason you're walking. Get your head forward and to the ball

I do this as well, keep finding myself getting a good start 20's & 30's but i then get a bit too comfortable and go for one shot too many!!

I had an afternoon of netting yesterday and was trying to get my weight forward and not walking but found myself getting stuck on my front foot and being really early on a shot, thus constantly hitting in the air or snickibg off.
I have a unique style, but I want to improve my game so

I did say it would be hard!!

try with some drop feeds to start with.

Agree with Buzz on drop feeds. Con de Lange, our club pro/coach, started off the Winter net sessions with lots of drop feeds and throwdowns, where he wanted us to try keep our back foot firmly planted and parallel to the crease while playing front foot drives, (We had to try keep our shapes and were to try not to lift the back heel on the follow through) so we would keep side on during the shot to help aid with balance. I think this actually helped a lot of people break out of the habit of playing things on the walk, as well as keeping our balance with our core. Of course, at times you need to move your back foot, but I found it really helped the batting in general, with people playing more shots with a more stable base.

Take a look at your front foot when playing of the front foot. It's pointing to mid on and you are driving to mid off. So your top half wants to go to leg and your top half to off .... Something has to go wrong. Very noticeable in all shots from 55 seconds onwards. Try to point your front foot in the vicinity of where you want the ball to go.

Your stance is a little unique with that straight back leg. I noticed your back knee does some sort of bend and pivot when you start to play a shot, can see that from the side angle. Try to bend both knees in your stance

Can you play short bowling?

I can play short bowling but generally I don't get it that much in the league I play, I got a couple today but managed to move it around for 1 and a 4. So it's gonna take time!

Being a level 1 coach i feel your stance bit odd but if you are comfortable then nothing matters. I see you playing lot of lofty shots and your weight falling in front.
Also you shots lacks a bit power.Raising your bat , bending a bit more and moving you front foot in line to the ball will improve overall.
