GN Vortex 5 Star at 2'12. I am using a Vortex myself and really do love it, much like this one mine is weightier than i would normally like (mine is 2'13 with 2 thick grips) but the pickup o both bats is fab. Reduced from £180 to £130 with free delivery. NOW JUST £120

Little bump on this, that Purist needs a good home.

Forget T20 finals and get yourself a new blade ;)
Ashes tickets are more than enough!

Jake, what is your normal bat weight and profile? Paul says the Vortex profile picks up lighter yet Jason seems to say his picks up heavier.

Most of my bats are between 2'8 to 2'10. My Vortex is the exception, i have got 2 grips on it though.

I also have 2lb 8-10oz but with one and half grips. What is your normal profile?
GM's are beauties btw. Amazed they have not sold.

I want that Argon :(

It'd already been gone if I hadn't been made redundant :(

I use a range of different bats, the profile isn't that important to me, i like to go on how a bat feels. My Vortex (albeit with 2 grips which adds to the dead weight) comes in much heavier than i normally use, but feels great in the hands. This one for sale isn't so mind bogglingly impressive when it comes to pickup (ie it doesn't pickup like a 2'8-2'9) but it sits nicely in the hands and i wouldn't say it feels heavy, especially if one were to add a second grip.

The Argon has sold :)

Thank god!!

Purist sold. For me the best bat we had in stock this year, didn't really want to stress this fact in advance of purchase as I suspect many will take such claims with a pinch of salt.
Amazed it stuck around on the shelf for 10 months.

Well done to that man , lucky bloke., Ive been trying to talk myself into it for ages. I Got it down to a 10er on the bears/eagles 4 touchdowns each double after much deliberation. 7/8 touchdowns said mr new purist wasnt for me. Great looking bat.

I want the vortex, but am struggling to bring myself to spend the cash....
