Title: Cricket Camps/Courses for Adults - procricket, cricket asylum ?
Post by: The Palmist on September 25, 2014, 10:56:00 AM
Having a dry season [in terms of runs], I have decided to do something about it for next season and have promised my team a lot of runs for 2015.

I have found this course at Headingley which is more budget friendly than £40 an hour sessions at Cricket Asylum

Any thoughts and reviews will be most helpful.

Most of the courses are aimed at youngsters.

It'll be money well spent, you're better off spending £200 on coaching than £200 on a new bat.

Blasphemy I know, but runs per pound its a much better investment.

I so want to do it but would have to move from USA to UK for 3 months. Including changing jobs. Any good opportunities in IT where I can have decent life in UK and still be able to make my mortgage payment here in US?

Yeah I'd be hugely keen too. Shame its in Yorkshire, bit too far for me to travel. Unbelievable value though, it costs me £50 for an hour with the Bola near to me!

Yes mate, been attending this course for several years now.  Really well run and you get a good mix of abilities on them.

Drills etc are all top notch.

Hoping to book again soon.

Will do mate but have to wait until next pay day spent all my money and I  don't think the Mrs would be happy if I  spent her money.

Many counties run coaching at their indoor net facility. E.G. Gloucestershire have this at Bristol http://www.dfca.co.uk/1-2-1-cricket-coaching (http://www.dfca.co.uk/1-2-1-cricket-coaching)
