Hi guys,
Been looking and the 2015 range of Kippax bats, like most I'm taken in by the actual size of the bat with it's 50mm edges and just the overall profile and looks!
I have a few questions about the bat as I am quite keen on purchasing one for next season.
1. Is it possible to get one in a weight around 2.8/2.9.
2. Does the bat come in different willow grades which would change the price.
3. What is the pickup like on the standard weights.
I love a light pickup and a mid swell bat so is this bat right for me?
Cheers for reading and all opinions and advice are much appreciated!

Hi mate
I'm based work wise a couple of miles from kippax and whilst I've not been recently drop forum member Ryan a message as he frequently visits and maybe able to advise with a impartial opinion on the bat. I do believe the price is set due to the oversized clefts plus drying etc although you'll need to give them a call on weight / grade (think they are a slightly shorter blade length from memory).
Hope that helps a little - I'd be interested to have a look as they do look huge but kind of all edge. Another option would be H4L who have oversized clefts and different grades.
Keep us all posted on what you go for

From the website it looks like they start at 2.10.
With 50mm edges I assume that the bat will be con caved, is that something you mind?

Yeah I've looked at the website as well but I can't tell how con caved they are from the pictures.
Yeah I'll have to get in touch with them and ask hopefully someone has bought one and puts some pictures of them up.
Cheers guys
