Post by: TT_UK on November 19, 2014, 10:27:57 AM
Hi

Has anyone bought a custom made bat from Talent Cricket or Heritage?
Was it any good and what was the service like?
Any help is appreciated here!

Thanks

Had one from talent years ago. Good service. Bat took a while to play in but goes well now.

I think vitas cricket do the same thing ( from the same bat maker I believe ) but cheaper...

Kal's right, the custom Talent bats are from Hunts - you really can't go wrong for the price but if you are keen I'd speak to Vitas as they'll be able to pick out the best cleft for you too.

Great, this is really useful thank you. I have contacted both Vitas and Heritage and will see what they say.

Any other batmakers that you might recommend that can provide a well made custom bat for under £200? Everything I have looked at tends to be £230-250. It's not much more I guess but where do you draw the line?!

 :)

I bought a heritage a couple of years ago. It was okay,  but nothing special. I don't know what his bats are like now though.

Should be collecting this bat from Hunts by the end of the week :)

Hope TT_UK likes it.
