Anyone idea what these spikes are lads?
Thought they migt be spiked up trainers but I'm leaning away from that now?

It is the 210 not out. He has always worn this model, or its name variant - was called 200 not out last year.

I tried some 200 not outs on they seemed abit chunky, are these a smaller lighter shoe? Or similar?

Pretty much the same spec, just some minor design/colour tweaks, they are supposedly a bit lighter too but there feels little difference compared to my own 200 not outs.
They are heavier than the Gel Advance 6 for example, and on the chunky side, but they are intended as an all rounders shoe with a lot of support and cushioning. Indeed both Shane Watson and Mitchell Johnson have been bowling in them during the series with India. Johnson is a fast bowler obviously, and Watson has his, ahem, hefty frame to support.
They have the same shock absorbing DuoMax grey foam in the soleplate that is found in high end running shoes. This gives great support, particularly for over-pronators.

Hmm I might nip to Romida closer to the season and try some on and then order from you if I'm into them I'll let you know. I won't be buying from them anyway they sell at nearly rrp

I have it on good authority that Quite a few of the Adidas players prefer and use the intro level Howzat show including prior and KP
