Do these Spartan gloves look ok or Dhoni just came out wearing gloves from two different pairs ? Right hand has white, silver and blue combo and left hand glove is all plain.

both of them are from different makers definitely. One seems to come from BAS / bdm and other one from Spartan .

I imagine he is that bigger name that he will be paid by all types of sponsor, never seen two different gloves, well not at pro level anyway lol
-
I wonder why he does that though ... what makes those bas gloves so close to player's heart .... Can't they ask their sponsors to make one for them ? Even if it means the same glove maker makes the new gloves . Is it because of greed or just plain liking ?
-
They are different designs though. His vulnerable hand is sausage and less vulnerable split finger. He must like it that way i guess?
-
BAS gloves are super comfy. But can't understand the logic of only wearing one of each. I don't think any sponsor would be willing to pay a player for wearing just one glove?!
-
He's been wearing 2 different gloves pretty much every game since he signed for Spartan, but never as obviously different as these

I Guess spartan wants him to show the gloves sponsorship ..so he wears that in left hand which is more visible. And for a better protection and comfort he has the BAS ones in his right hand.
and here we want to match every single piece of equipment :)
it does look weird .
Anyways Dhoni has other worries (upcoming WC) to think about and this mis-match much be last of his concerns.

I quite often wear 1 green Ayrtek and 1 black Ayrtek glove.
Depends what I pull out first

Looking closely at that transitional shapped glove, it doesn't look like a BAS. I would say that's a spartan as well. Clearly he just don't care much for a matching pair.
MSD is known for being laid back (sometimes looks like a club cricketer to me in approach to the game).
