Title: SF Dwayne Smith
Post by: liscon12 on February 03, 2015, 12:54:59 PM: Got myself a Dwayne Smith bat (2.11 I think with great pickup according to Paul)from IJC last week, getting Paul and the guys to knock it in for me and put a scuff sheet on it, was debating the scuff sheet but decided to get one in the end.

Can't wait for it to come but like I've said to Paul I'm in no rush so he can take his time, excited to feel the ping off it as most all top end SF bats seem to ping.

I'll put some photos on here when I receive it and give you my first impressions.

Excited for its arrival :D

Agreed toe guard colour is not quite right.

Though better to have one, then not to have one at all? As some of the SF Black Edition bats I have seen dont come with one. :(

Post by: liscon12 on February 03, 2015, 06:40:31 PM: To be honest I've not actually realised until now that its green and not blue or yellow :D but it doesn't bother in the slightest as its there only to protect the toe and you'll hardly be able to see it.

Smith uses duckbill not spine through the toe...

Looks a nice bat but nothing like the bat Smith uses

It is a nice bat pal just not the shape Smith uses

I think your right it looks the 2014 stock shape some off the 2015 ones have no concaving and are really big bats .i am sure it will ping well all the sf bats I have used seem to go well

I've not received the bat yet as its currently getting knocked in at IJC in London but I'll be able to tell when I get it.
