i saw these earlier tonight
very tempted myself i did also love the red pulse edition from a couple of season ago.
just can't justify buying them as i wouldn't wear them often enough
-
Now they would go with my yellow helmet for silly sundays

I am torn between this pair and purple ones pro direct have on sale. Bit similalrly to u, it's hard to justify the purchase knowing fully well I will hardly have an opportunity to use them.

Robin might have got himself a pair for midweek T20... ;)

Lol....pink is the new black

Sorry if I sound like an old fossil but cricket attire should be predominantly white and that includes shoes. What's the point of investing in sight screens when then you've then got someone bowling wearing bright red shoes? When I am batting I have enough trouble trying to focus on a single red object and can certainly do without a couple more bouncing around in my peripheral vision.

Totally understand your point @Lumsden but I don't think these will be or should be allowed when using red balls...and the same argument could be used for colored clothing and pads as well....and these things have been the norm in limited overs cricket.

Ouch... that hurt my eyes, It would be useful for the bowler to distract batsman. A bit too loud imo but will definitley have some takers.
