My trusty Kippax (with dragon stickers) delaminated 2 years ago. I have used it on and off in nets. The bat has great ping although I am not a big fan of "distributed weight" GM style shapes - I was told that the bat was made in the GM factory and has a GM-ish shape.
Is delamination easy to repair? What's the easiest way to repair a delaminated bat? Is it even worth doing?

As for repairing the delamination, I think you need to get glue as far as you can into the delaminated section of that bat and then clamp it for at least 24 hours. Someone who's actually done it may be able to give a better answer than me though

Get a hypodermic syringe and needle, I use the green ones that are about 50mm long, the shorter, heroin addict ones are too narrow to allow the glue easily through, and inject the PVA glue into the space between the layers. The bat has probably opened up quite well so it is easy to get the needle into the cavity. Depending on the size of the de-lamination you may need to inject a number of areas. Clamp hard and use a scrap piece of material to spread the pressure across the repair and to protect your bat.

Regarding the GM story, I was told that the bat was made in the GM factory. It's a pre-Wavex bat, I think - it is old. The shape is very GM, infact kind of like the one you posted recently of a refurb job.

I like the bat, it has a big sweet spot. I will give it a try.
