I was in the area today with work so I though I would have a drive out to see Romida.
Last time I was there, it was end of the season and not much in. There were a few boxes of bats
Visit today was a pleasant surprise. Rather than the boxes with bats in, they were on hanging racks, each bat labelled with it's weight.
There was also a good selection of softs, helmets, bags and accessories.
I was rather impressed with the turnaround and improvements.
There were two youngish lads there, they seemed ok but not very interactive.
The range of bats was very mainstream, Kookaburras, GN, GM and Spartans mainly and a few others, including Aero and SF (no nails in handles though).
The prices didn't seem to stand out as being cheap and the looks of the bats was rather disappointing grain wise. Even the higher end bats weren't particularly 'stunning'.
All in all, it seems they are trying to make it more appealing and better but still a little underwhelming.

Will only visit this place for emergency/ last minute kit. Find the staff to be quite rude and not welcoming in the slightest.
Agree that prices are also over inflated and quality of bats is poor. All Rounder is a much better alternative in my opinion.

@RF I remover going here with your dad when we were kids.

Yeah, he still uses the bat he bought there.
It's not so great now, agree with what's already been said, but expensive for average gear.
Dad's just gone to West Indies to play for a combined county over 60's team, can't believe it.

That sounds amazing!

Hope he does OK
