Title: Bowling action advice.

Hi ! With the season coming up I'm sure were all hard at work netting away ;) had my action filmed at a net today and was wondering if anyone had anything to say for me to keep in mind and work on ! Ignore the noise at the end of the video its me celebrating finally getting a mate out :')

Not bad at all. If I wanted to be critical which i presume you want. Back foot collapsing a little, and your stride out of your action looks a little unnatural. But. If it aint broke dont fix it.

Yah, my back legs always collapsed a bit too much and I've been Doug frill and strengthening work to try and fix it, its improved marginally but not enough I would have thought !


On the stride out looking unnatural, out of interest what would a natural stride look like ! Just intrigued because I've never done anything but sorta stagger out of my action !
