I had originally planned to review the wheelie but for a couple of reasons I changed to an Assegai Duffle.

Firstly I should say that both Gary and Richard at B&S were great to deal with, they responded promptly to emails and good customer service is clearly something they value.
Now the bag. It looks well made and has a central section with 2 bat holders (not padded), plenty of room for kit, I reckon you could get batting and keeping pads in here along with 2 bats. There is also a couple of small internal pockets for valuables or bat tape etc, but these are open at the top (not zipped).

There are also 2 large side pockets and 1 front pocket for other kit such as whites and shoes.

It has 2 well padded straps, and feels comfortable.

If I was being really picky I would say that the straps are a bit too long and the internal pockets could do with a zip.
In summary a nice bag and really looking forward to using it this season.

If it helps, it looks the same set up as the ton duffle. I put my batting pads in the two long side pockets leaving the middle section for helmet and whites etc. The latter I put in a suitcase organiser to keep them together.

Thanks for the suggestion Giraffe I will give that a go

No problem. If it's the same length, I can also sit a pair of gloves on top of each pad too. Ample space then in the main section

How do you get them to stay there mate?
I have one pair inside my helmet and the other loose in the main compartment

Pad goes all the way to the bottom

Leaves space at the top so I lay the gloves on their side and one on top of the other
