Title: Can these be spiked?
Post by: iand123 on April 05, 2015, 07:48:11 PM
Got some asics gt2000 running shoes which are really comfy and seen a few places have them in their Easter sales. Those who are in the know or have done it before can these be spiked? I've seen that Nike air's can't be and the asics have a gel cushion system and wondered if it was the same?

The shoe doctor only glues the sole plate on, as opposed to glueing and stitching.

Yeah I'd say they would be ok, Brian and brenda only stitch the front part of the sole as Jake said.
