Didn't want to jump on the other thread, so thought I best start one here.
Our club have just had a concrete slab layed, we have acquired some suitable matting, and also a single bay mobile net.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to protect the cage/netting from the little Bast**** that would probably wreck the netting and poles?
I was thinking of building a galvanised wire mesh cage around the net in the hope that will keep the little darlings out, but it's a very costly exercise.
Anybody else have similar problems, and any solutions.
Cheers

Sit with a shotgun!
Ours was wrecked (as were our permanent nets, covers and sight screens) by the local youffffs >:(

Ours lasted 22hrs before net was torn to shreds and all bars bent.
We know have one on wheels to put away after.
Other clubs have the green anti scale fence round there nets with big ass gets to open.
It's a crap society we live in

Don't they tend to put their own broken glass and used needles down before they leave anyway?
