Hi guys, my club in Leicestershire recently got promoted to the premier league with myself at the helm. We have a pretty strong team, and several of those were part of the 1xi who were languishing in div4 only about 6yrs ago. Just wondering if you had any tips moving into this standard of cricket (ie county pros, gun overseas etc) and also as captain any tips you can give when dealing with fielding restrictions/mixing bowlers around etc.
