It seems to say a pro players bat what ever that is but surly that's too excessive. I remember a UK company getting battered by an old forum member for charging £400 for a true handmade custom made but but £624 is mental

I don't understand the 'players' editions. If they are proper pro performance bats, they won't last long.

What's the difference between pro players and players?
Just that pro is 25 bats and players is 100?

Depends what they are, we got hold of some of the proper kooka players bats late in the season and they sold straight away, proper full shapes, mid $700 from memory.

I remember reading that Dan (Nichols?) went to Oz to make bats for Kookaburra. I wonder if these are his creations?

We went to handpick them before anyone else, but didn't take any, performance and size wise they are very nice. But i wasn't that impressed by the looks of a bat that price wise is in direct competition with the GN Legend.

Obscene amount of money for a bat - just ridiculous for the club player.

Still, just my opinion - you don't have to buy them I suppose!

Why do people buy into the limited numbers thing. If it held its value like, one of only 25 watches every made or one of 25 mirrors, then fine but for something perishable its mad! I have a very limited 1 of 1 red ink,, because it was custom.,, why pay that for a bat that is just a stock bat made from really nice wood. I know what I would do with 600 quid and some nice wood.

Anyone spending over 200 notes for a bat regardless of if its rarity/exclusivity needs their head read, but that's just my opinion.
