I suffer from re-occurring subluxation of the shoulder (shoulder instability), it occurred first around two years ago. I lost the ability to bowl without my shoulder partially dislocating, however I worked hard on stabilising the muscles around my bowling shoulder and I am now totally fine with my bowling action (took a while to correct though). However, the way I done this by constant bowling in the nets in partnership with changing the rotation of my shoulder slightly doesn't transfer to throwing in whilst fielding. So if anyone know of specific fielding drill that may help me with this it would be appreciated , if not any general throwing in drills would help and I can try and adapt.

I've spent the last two seasons using a rebound net in my back garden to try and regain the ability to throw again.
Mainly focussing on using my wrist more,,,but it's definitely helped, and it's not done my catching any harm either

Can you link me the rebound net you are using?
