Good attempt by gray nics to flog the omega even tho the omega all the pros use clearly isn't a proper one (ie no weird grooves etc)

I was looking at Cook's and thought it did have the grooves.

Do you think that all the bats were the same weight? If not then was it a fair test?

Didn't the Aussie commentators do this same test at the last ashes series? From memory they said there wasn't a massive difference

For me what was telling was that the Ramprakash bat from 15 years ago was scored practically the same as the current luke  Wright bat.

I presumed that they didn't use the scoop so that no-one could claim it was the different shape that caused the issue.
