Pakistan wins the first test match which was reduced to 4 days due to rain. Fantastic performance by Pakistan side especially Sarfaraz (WK) with bat and Yasir Shah (leggie) with ball. Pak still has a great test side! Great job, boys!

Watched some of the SL second innings last night. Shah absolutely towled them up. Serious talent.

SL-ans will come back hard at team Pakistan in the second test, they are a very experienced side. What I find amazing is that it was really a 4 days test (because of 1 day rain out) and even then these sides managed to have a result! What an advert for Test cricket!!!

On the other hand, Pakistan can't become complacent, their openers and top order still struggled in the first inning; had it not been for the young guys like Sarfaraz and Shah, this match could've swung the other way too.

Shah is on steroids with fifers, third in series considering Sri Lanka is one of better side of spin bowling.

Jeffrey Vandersay making his international debut today in the T20, was our overseas pro last year. He has incredible control and skills for a legspinner. Will do well I think.
