Hello CBF,
So I'm after a decent deal for 2 bats I'm looking to purchase after I broke my beloved bat :(
After repeatedly getting out skying the ball last season and not getting enough on my shots,I realised my bat is turning in my hands way too much.I thought of experinmenting with the shape of my bat handle and took off the bottom half of binding and started sanding to get a bit of an oval feeling to it.
After sometime I felt a clear difference when gripping the bat so I binded the handle back and took it to training the next day.3 balls in, the handle snapped. I'm not entirely sure if it was because I modified the handle or just pure coincidence but now I'm without a bat!I have sent it away for repair but thought upgrading would be a better option as I'm not sure if the bat would be the same after a rehandle and repair to the shoulder.
Anyone here got any pointers as to where I could get a deal on 2 bats?Just after 2 identical bats in grade 1 and a lower grade as a net bat.not too fussy with the specs just prefer 2lbs 9oz weight with a mid to low sweet spot and minimal concaving.

Any of the forum sponsors could sort you out or could try @Ryan who's a young up and coming batmaker - you can find some examples of his work in the batmakers shed section
